HOW IT WORKS

Individual coaching is done via telephone, so there are no geographical boundaries to setting up a coaching relationship. All you need is to have one hour available for us to talk, a quiet place free of distractions, and a telephone or cell phone to call in for your session at the agreed upon time. Weekly sessions are recommended, and coaching fees include unlimited email between sessions. You’ll want to have a notebook handy to note inquiries or exercises assigned, as well as goals, action plans, and next steps agreed to as we progress through the coaching process.

  • the AGENDA comes from the client,
  • the EXPLORATION is guided by the coach, and
  • the POWER in the relationship is given to the Holy Spirit.

Coaching is an ongoing relationship between the coach and client that may be terminated by either party at any time. Refunds will not be given for any prepaid, unused sessions if the client terminates the coaching relationship.

All coaching will be by telephone, with the client having responsibility for calling in at the assigned time of the session. Sessions are 50 minutes – 1 hour in length.

The initial consultation is free, and if you decide to contract for coaching services, you will be asked to review and sign a COACHING AGREEMENT. The client may pay for services by individual session or may purchase a series of sessions – see Fee Schedule page, however all sessions must be prepaid by check or credit card. Missed sessions will be charged unless the appointment is canceled at least 24 hrs. in advance.
